Refund & Return Policy
- Return Window
- You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Conditions for Returns
- The item arrived defective or damaged, or does not match the description.
- The wrong item was sent, or an item is missing from your order.
- Note: Custom products, opened blind box items, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
- Return Process
- Contact our customer service (tigerwing.hostinger@hotmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. Photos may be required as evidence.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective items, or by the customer for non-defective returns.
- Refunds
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on your payment provider’s policies.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned after the 14-day window, items damaged by the customer, or items missing parts are not eligible for a refund.
- Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed as returns.
