1. Return Window
  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  1. Conditions for Returns
  • The item arrived defective or damaged, or does not match the description.
  • The wrong item was sent, or an item is missing from your order.
  • Note: Custom products, opened blind box items, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
  1. Return Process
  • Contact our customer service (tigerwing.hostinger@hotmail.com) with your order number and reason for return. Photos may be required as evidence.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective items, or by the customer for non-defective returns.
  1. Refunds
  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on your payment provider’s policies.
  1. Non-Refundable Items
  • Items returned after the 14-day window, items damaged by the customer, or items missing parts are not eligible for a refund.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed as returns.
